NANCY L. HARRIS BIOGRAPHY

A fourth generation Idahoan, Nancy Harris is a successful businesswoman who started her career as a car saleswoman in Boise and ended it as the owner of a million-dollar business in Caldwell. Her success rests on her willingness to put in the work needed to get results and her skills in working with others to overcome obstacles.

Nancy has lived in Middleton, Lewiston, Sandpoint, and Boise as well as four years in Madrid, Spain, seven years in Washington D.C., and two years each in Seattle and Portland. She takes joy in Idaho’s people and scenic wonders–and in the bees, butterflies, and squirrels that visit her garden.

Nancy and her husband Richard have been married for 27 years and share a blended family of four children and seven grandchildren.
After retiring, Nancy became politically active, working to maintain and improve the quality of life in Idaho. As Idaho’s junior Senator, she will continue to work hard for the benefit of all Idahoans.
